In 2012, UNFPA Azerbaijan Country Office in the frames of cooperation with the State Committee for Family, Women and Children’s Affairs conducted a qualitative and quantitative assessment aimed at analyzing the factors that lead to the skewed SRB and providing the series of recommendations to guide the respective state intervention to address the issue.

This report presents additional evidence on the impact of different scenarios concerning further trends in the currently    observed sex ratios at birth on the structure of future population in Azerbaijan.
